At about 1.800 sqm 20 years of experience in running a tennis boarding school have been realized in this building. The building has been planned and constructed regarding the demands of functionality and to optimize the order of purpose. In the 3 floor building FLTA students find attractive and functional rooms, various common, meeting and living rooms that offer a lot of different activities (cinema, billard, table soccer, tv, internet) to spend leisure time at their disposal.

The two upper floors offer separated living– and common rooms for boys and girls, pros and coaches, professionals, rookies and guests.

The building is perfectly integrated into the whole FLTA area. Wall to wall to the tennis and conditioning training facilities. Short distances, without any time losses, allow optimized, coordinated cooperation of all parts involved (training, physiotherapy, regeneration, school, housing, leisure time).
